Yoga before bed
Yoga is a great way of calming down after a busy day. It relaxes the body as well as the mind. All our yoga adventures finish extremely calmly too as Jaime guides the children to lie down and relax as we recap on what we’ve learnt in the adventure today.

Ten minutes before bed
Our Bop the Alien Yoga Adventure is a brilliant idea - a story with a countdown, allowing 10 minutes of yoga before bed. It’s a wonderful story in a peaceful setting – with a countdown clock taking us to bedtime.
