It's Red Nose Day this week in the UK, which is a fantastic day of fundraising across the UK organised by Comic Relief. To celebrate and encourage everyone to get involved this week's yoga club is all about helping others.

In this week's yoga club we have;

🔴 Our brand new Red Nose Island yoga adventure where we squelch through Bogey Bog, row down Snot River and wiggle into Nostril Nook… all in search of FUNNY POWER!
🔴 Frank the Frog where we learn that supporting others can help them do brilliant things.
🔴 A Cosmic Kids fable about sharing with others
🔴 A lesson in Telephone pose
🔴 A lovely guided meditation for kids - all about loving kindness.
