To make a Magic Worry Box you need:
An empty tissue box - decorate it, wrap it in some nice paper, add stickers or sequins! You could make it look like a monster by adding googly eyes, teeth & pom poms - then it’s like the monster eats your worries when you put them inside! Make sure it has a hole somewhere so you can put your worries inside.
For the worries:
Get some little pieces of scrap paper, and write or draw on each piece one of your worries. Then fold up the paper and pop it in the box. Add however many you have in your head at the moment and then add new ones when they appear!
