Some fun news! We often see little sisters and brothers joining in as their older siblings do their Cosmic Kids Yoga so we’ve decided to make something specially for them!
YOGA TIME is a new series - Cosmic Kids specially for pre-schoolers

I’ve got my fingers crossed your little ones are going to love it. Please let me know.
So far we’ve made 4 episodes. We hope you love them - please let us know how your little ones get on with them!

Here’s a little more about them:
They're based on the classes I’ve done many times with my preschool classes
They're intended to be steady & easy to follow, and feature gentle yoga poses that work for toddlers
They all feature sing-a-long nursery rhymes
Episodes are short - 13 mins max.
Simple thematic stories easily recognisable to a preschooler - Farm, Jungle, Space and Pirates
Includes a magical transition from the familiar (the local hall or community centre) to the world of our yoga time story.
Colourful, simple paper style 2d backgrounds.
