This posture is very good for strengthening our arms and stretching the backs of our legs, and - because we're upside down -we get lots of lovely oxygen to our minds so its very good when we're tired!
Snake Pose is a kids yoga pose which is wonderful for stretching out our backs and opening up our chests.
Telephone pose is excellent for stretching our hamstrings and opening our hips!
