From Aeroplane Pose to Washing Machine Pose, join Jaime for some fun with kids yoga postures!

Eagle Pose is today's posture - called Garudasana in adult yoga. It's brilliant for getting better at balancing and for learning how to concentrate. And you get a healthy boost of oxygen when you release from it!

Tree Pose is great for stretching our sides and practising our balance - as well as strengthening our back and legs.

Today's pose is Sandwich Pose - or Sandwich Twists as it is sometimes known. A great core exercise and wonderful spinal twist - and a little reminder about healthy eating too!

Wake up your body and lengthen your spine with this magic meowing and mooing yoga pose! Great to do each morning to energise your body!

Surfer Pose is great for opening your chest, shoulders and hips and for making you feel supercharged for your day!

Horse Pose is very good for strengthening the core, the legs and the shoulders and also for stretching our hips and our thighs.

Hero Pose is a wonderful strong position. Remember to make sure your toes are pointing back when you do this one!

Shark Pose is really really good for opening our chest and stretching our shoulders. It's also good for strengthening our backs.

Fish Pose is great for giving the whole front of our body a really good stretch - and if you're feeling nervous it really helps with that closed chest feeling. Give it a try!

Another kids yoga pose from the Cosmic Kids Yoga Pose Universe! This week Jaime shows us Archer Pose. Archer Pose is brilliant for opening our hips and strengthening our core. It also gives our arms and legs a really good stretch.

Whale Pose is great for bringing some calm to our day and also strengthens backs and legs.

Known as Kurmasana in adult yoga, this is a lovely way to open the hips and relax the mind. Great before bed!

Boat pose is great for your core (that's your back and tummy muscles) - and don't forget to wave to a boat whenever you see one!

Telephone pose is excellent for stretching our hamstrings and opening our hips!

Learn another fun yoga pose with Jaime! Crescent Moon Pose (or a Banana!) gives us a lovely stretch all the way up our sides. It's also great for giving us more space to breathe as well as better posture and core strength!

Pigeon Pose is great for opening our hips and stretching our legs. And if you do a lot of cycling or running, it's brilliant for helping to release tight muscles.

Bicycle pose is great fun - and it strengthens your legs, your core and your sides - known as your Obliques!
