This one's a special one which requires lots of practice! Crow Pose! Crow Pose is awesome for building your strength, especially in your core. It's also brilliant for learning how to trust yourself!
Pigeon Pose is great for opening our hips and stretching our legs. And if you do a lot of cycling or running, it's brilliant for helping to release tight muscles.
Boat pose is great for your core (that's your back and tummy muscles) - and don't forget to wave to a boat whenever you see one!

This posture is very good for strengthening our arms and stretching the backs of our legs, and - because we're upside down -we get lots of lovely oxygen to our minds so its very good when we're tired!
