We're counting down with excitement to ESA astronaut Samantha Cristoforetti's mission to the International Space Station this month! To help us get prepared for launch we've complied a super spacey Yoga Club this week!
In this week's yoga club we have;

🌝 We get our bodies and brains engaged for lift off with Jaime's Brain Break
🌖 We get moving with Space Super Yoga
🌝 There's a lesson in Star Pose
🌖 And finally a gentle guided breathing meditation to help us slow down and make more space in our mind, body and soul.
