We’ve created a simple 3 step tool to help children stay calm and relaxed as they get ready to face the challenges and excitement of a new term!
The Back to School 1-2-3 is designed to take no longer than 5 minutes and can be done everyday before school, with kids of any age.
We use three key tools for physical and mental wellbeing - Move, Breathe and Believe.
1. Move is about using movement to clear our minds and relieve stress and anxiety.
2. Breathe gives kids the tools to relax when they feel stressed.
3. Believe is all about using positive affirmations to build confidence.
