Shark Pose is really really good for opening our chest and stretching our shoulders. It's also good for strengthening our backs.
Snake Pose is a kids yoga pose which is wonderful for stretching out our backs and opening up our chests.
Butterfly Pose is very good for opening out hips and strengthening our inner thighs - also good for jiggling our insides around a little bit which is always a good thing!
