This week’s Yoga Club gives us some simple tools and techniques to help us accept and embrace the changes we face, big or small.
Included in this week’s Yoga Club, you’ll find:
🐛 A yoga adventure about Coco The Butterfly. Coco's story helps us learn how we can embrace change in our own life and look for all the positives that come with it 🦋
🦸🏻♂️ We explore Iron Man's skills and, through our yoga, learn how to use them in our own lives.
🌳 A guided meditation about a magical treehouse at the top of the garden where we feel safe and happy.
⚔️ A Zen Den where Jaime talks about the power of our concentration or ‘Inner Ninja’ and how to train it!
