Need a moment to get back into the moment? Try a FOFBOCNOF! (FOFBOC is a classic mindfulness acronym, FOF BOC, standing for Feet On Floor, Bum On Chair, which now has a Red Nose Day makeover adding a bit of Nose On Face (the breathing part!). A brilliant mindfulness exercise led by Jaime which kids (and adults) can use whenever they like.
Cosmic Kids and Comic Relief have launched this mindfulness exercise in time for Red Nose Day 2022. This collaboration will see up to 25,000 schools up and down the UK don their red noses on the morning of Friday 18th March, and take part in their own mindfulness moment for Red Nose Day.
Comic Relief has been supporting children and young people’s mental health work for over 30 years and this activity is part of the ongoing campaigning effort to educate young people on the importance of mental health and emotional wellbeing.Money raised by Red Nose Day will help people in the UK and around the world live free from poverty, violence and discrimination, and support people with their mental health.
