It really is starting to get chilly out there, isn’t it!? Let’s swap our wellies for a yoga mat and make the most of the great outdoors from the comfort of home!
In this week’s Yoga Club, as well as stretching you tall like a tree and taking you away on a yoga adventure, I’ll also teach you how to go on a mindful walk to slow down and admire the beauty of autumn! Together we can listen to the crunch of the leaves under our shoes and feel the fresh air on our faces as we walk through the woods!
